How to order
インターネットからのご注文は、「オンラインショッピング」でほしい商品をカートに入れていただくことができます。
※カートに商品を入れた後、カートページにある「ご注文手続きへ」ボタンから会員登録へお進みください。
※会員になると素敵な特典が付きますので、ぜひ会員登録をご検討いただければ幸いです。
Order flow

お支払い方法
お支払い方法は、銀行振込(前払い)/着払い、のみ対応しております。
*We plan to gradually add "credit card" and "convenience store payment" in the future.
Product delivery
Products will be delivered as soon as the products are available (around 3 business days from the next day).
Please note that in the unlikely event that there is a backordered item, it may take some time.

- 配達時に所在や在宅を確認させて頂くことがありますので、住所、電話番号、届け先のお名前(フリガナも)はご記入もれのないよう、お願いいたします。
- We cannot accept the specification of "transport company" or "delivery company". Delivery methods are courier (delivery at the door) or delivery box/mail (posted). We cannot hold the item at the delivery office.
- 完売、後日お届けにつきましてご注文いただきました商品がすべて完売の場合ハガキ・メール等にてご案内させていただきますが、1点でも商品のお届けがある場合明細書でのご案内とさせていただきいます。案内後完売、お届け時期の変更等がある場合ハガキ・メール等にてお知らせいたします(加工商品を除く)。
- If you are ordering a replacement for a sold-out item, you will receive a free shipping fee if you place a new order by phone within one week of delivery (excluding sale items).
- We may not be able to make changes or cancellations after receiving the product.
- Even if an item is listed, production may be discontinued or sold out.
- Even if the item is in stock at the time of ordering, delivery may not be possible due to product defects.
- If the information entered by the customer is incomplete, the order may be canceled.

You can check it on your registered customer's My Page.

お届け明細書は送付いたしません。
送料について
The shipping fee is based on the total amount of the product delivered to one location at the time of application.税込10,000円以上の場合は送料無料となります。
Returns/Exchanges
Under no circumstances will we accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
If the product is defective or you receive a different product than what you ordered, we will refund or exchange the product.
If you need a return or exchange, please contact our store at 050-6862-7871. We will guide you on how to return or exchange your product.
